PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator drive device which reduces cost and improves maintainability.SOLUTION: In a motor drive device 30, a motor drive part 38 outputs drive voltages SU and SV to a motor part 24. A switching part 42 switches conduction and cutoff of GND wiring L1 connecting a low potential side of the motor drive part 38 and a DC voltage generation part 31. A main body control microcomputer 43 controls operation of the motor drive part 38. The main body control microcomputer 43 controls the operation of the switching part 42 in such a manner that the GND wiring L1 is conducted in the case where a voltage value detected by a voltage detection part 34 is lower than a first threshold &Dgr;Th1 and that the GND wiring L1 is cut off in the case where the voltage value is equal to or higher than the first threshold &Dgr;Th1. A first backflow prevention diode D6 is disposed between the motor drive part 38 and the main body control microcomputer 43 and prevents a current from flowing from the DC voltage generation part 31 to the main body control microcomputer 43 via the motor drive part 38 in the case where the switching part 42 cuts off the GND wiring L1. |
