摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid-vehicular control apparatus capable of extending a travel distance in the state of a failure occurrence where a transmission torque capacity of a clutch disposed between an engine and a motor cannot be changed.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes first selection means (step S7) and control means (step S9). The first selection means selects: a first travel mode of travelling by transmitting output torque of an engine to a drive wheel in a case where a transmission torque capacity of an engagement device when a failure is occurring is equal to or more than a transmission torque capacity that enables transmission of torque for cranking the engine; and a second travel mode of travelling by transmitting output toque of a motor to the drive wheel, with the engine stopped in a case where the aforementioned transmission torque capacity is smaller than the transmission torque capacity that enables transmission of torque for cranking the engine. While the control means controls the output torque of the engine to toque smaller than a transmission torque capacity estimated by estimation means (step S2).
