PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition containing a polyolefin-based resin and cellulose such as wood pulp and capable of providing a film having feeling like paper and no defect such as a spot, and excellent in water resistance, adhesive tape peeling resistance, hand tearability and printability.SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition containing (A) a polyethylene-based resin of 100 pts.mass, (B) cellulose of 5 to 60 pts.mass and (C) calcium carbonate having an average particle diameter of 0.01 to 5 μm. |
