PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a brazed structure suitable for composing a resin composition, a brazed structure manufactured according to the manufacturing method of the brazed structure, an aluminum-resin composite structure and aluminum material used in the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a brazing structure has a process of performing flux-brazing of one side aluminum material with the other side aluminum material in a non-oxidative atmosphere. Therein, the aluminum material has an easily adhesive oxidation-treatment film of a thickness of 50 to 400 nm on at least a part of the surface of the aluminum material, the film has a pore structure layer of the surface side and a barrier layer having a thickness of 3 to 30 nm of the base side, small pores of 5 to 30 nm exist on the pore structure layer by 1000 to 10000 pieces/μmas viewed from the surface and at least a part of the easily adhesive oxidation-treatment film which is brazed and heated is used as adhesion substrate for a resin composition. A brazed structure manufactured according to the manufacturing method of the brazed structure, an aluminum-resin composite structure and aluminum material used in the manufacturing method are also provided. |
