<p>The invention relates to a waste collection bin (2) lid (4) mounted in a pivoting manner over a bin receptacle, comprising at least one pivoting arm (10) extending beyond a surface (9) of the lid that closes off the receptacle, this arm (10) comprising at least one flank (11). According to the invention, the lid comprises a tab (14) produced in one piece with this flank (11) and connected thereto, said tab being configured so as to be able to be deformed when it comes into contact with a region (16) of a fixed element of the bin, during the opening of the lid (4).
