PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display device in which unintended light emission of a pixel is inhibited even when an organic layer is formed across a plurality of pixels.SOLUTION: An organic EL display device comprises: a substrate 100 formed by an insulating material; a plurality of pixels arranged on a display region of the substrate 100 in a matrix shape; and an organic layer 400 which is formed across neighboring pixels of the plurality of pixels and includes a luminescent layer. The organic layer 400 includes an anisotropic layer which has electric conductivity in a direction A perpendicular to the substrate 100 is larger than electric conductivity in a direction B along the substrate 100.
