A method which enables strengthening muscle in an extremely efficient manner is provided. This muscle strengthening method involves winding a belt on at least one of the user's arms and legs, and allowing the resistance of water to act against the user while a prescribed pressure is applied to restrict blood flow in the user's muscles. Restriction of blood flow in the user's muscles results in encouraging growth hormone secretion in the user and in efficient application of a load with less movement than required on land, and the synergistic action of these two results makes it possible to increase muscle strength extremely easily. |
