PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarization prism relative to electromagnetic radiation, in particular, for a refractometer and/or ATR measuring device that comprises: a body (2) of a prism (1) that is molded as one piece from a single crystal; at least two side surfaces on a mutually opposite side of the body or a light guide surface (3), which is a peripheral surface of the body,; a measuring surface (4) that exists between light guide surfaces or is surrounded by the light guide surface; and at least one incident/emerging surface (5).SOLUTION: The measuring surface (4) exists on an elevation part (6) molded to the body (2), and the elevation part transits to a base part (8) of the body via a base portion (7) enclosing the elevation part, and the light guide surface (3) and/or the light incident/emerging surface (5) exist(s) on the base part (8). |
