PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular solid preparation of cephalosporin ester with an excellent ingestibility in which bitterness is reduced in order to improve medicine compliance for children and/or elder persons.SOLUTION: A granular solid preparation containing cephalosporin ester and thaumatin of the invention is useful as a formulation for children and/or elderly persons since it can reduce the bitterness of cephalosporin ester.
