PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method that makes it possible to obtain a flaky carbon in a state where it can be stably dispersed, using inexpensive material and a simple process, and provide a flaky carbon, a flaky carbon composition and a flaky carbon dispersion obtained by using the method.SOLUTION: This invention provides a method of producing a flaky carbon in which carbonaceous material having a laminar structure is subjected to at least one treatment of: pressurization of 30 MPa or more; and ultrasound dispersion treatment of 100 W or more, in coexistence with a water-soluble compound having an aromatic ring. |
