PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor that is stable in an output signal having an attenuation characteristic relative to an external oscillation hardly degraded by occurrence of a residual stress at a lead terminal.SOLUTION: A sensor according to the present invention is configured to comprise: a void part 31 that is provided between a frame body 30 and a sensor element part 8; and a convexity part 34 protruding towards the sensor element part 8 that is provided in the frame body 30, in which upon alternatively soldering the sensor element part 8 and the lead terminal 27, even if pressure force pressing the lead terminal 27 against a sensor element part 8 side is excessive, the convexity part 34 is configured to regulate a position to thereby suppress plastic deformation of the lead terminal 27. |
