PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double-sided adhesive film that hardly causes entrainment of air bubbles at an interface of an adsorption layer and an adherend even in the case when a hard protective member is adhered to an adherend such as an information display screen of a display panel and the like.SOLUTION: The double-sided adhesive film used for adhering a transparent protective cover to an information display screen of a display panel is produced by laminating an adsorption layer composed mainly of a silicone resin on one surface fo a substrate film and laminating an adhesive layer composed of an acrylic adhesive on the other surface thereof. In the double-sided adhesive film, a separator bonded to the adsorption layer is composed of a plastic film substrate and has a surface smoothness of the surface to be bonded to the adsorption layer of 0.20 μm or less as represented by a central line surface roughness Ra.
