PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold/heat insulation container capable of facilitating assembling/disassembling work, and maintaining internal temperature preferably and a container having it.SOLUTION: A container comprises: a transport container; and a cold/heat insulation container stored in the transport container. The cold/heat insulation container comprises: a top surface panel; a front surface panel which can be opened and closed freely; a side surface panel in which a left surface panel, depth surface panel, and right surface panel are foldably coupled via a connection part; and a bottom surface panel. The top surface panel, the side surface panels, and the bottom surface panel can be mutually separably connected, and the side surface panels include a heat insulation member including vacuum heat insulation material. |
