PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for ophthalmologic refractive correction laser surgery.SOLUTION: The apparatus for ophthalmologic refractive correction laser surgery comprises beam guidance means for performing location- and time-controlled guidance of the laser beam over an eye to be treated. The apparatus determines the position of a specified point on a cornea 12 of the eye on the basis of the image data supplied by a camera which takes an image of an iris 46 and pupil of the eye. The apparatus also determines the position of the specified point on the cornea 12, taking the depth of an anterior chamber 44 of the eye, including the thickness of the cornea 12, individually measured for the respective patient, into consideration.
