PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which allows human detection means to monitor an inside of a room throughout a year and enables a space inside the room to be effectively used.SOLUTION: A heating device comprises: a burner 5 which is arranged in a housing 2 and generates heat; a blower fan 6 which can blow air toward the burner 5 to eject heat generated from the burner 5 out of the housing 2; human body detection means 8 which can detect presence or absence of a human body inside a room; and control means 7 which controls operation of the burner 5, the blower fan 6 and the human body detection means 8. The control means 7 allows: the blower fan 6 to operate when the burner 5 is not in operation and the human body detection means 8 to monitor an inside of the room by detecting the presence or absence of the human body. |
