PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure detection device that suppresses unevenness of a stress distribution of a housing and can obtain excellent air-tightness and sensor sensitivity.SOLUTION: A pressure detection device 10 according to the present invention comprises: a housing 21 that has a cavity 23 formed; a pressure sensor 15 that is installed in the cavity 23; and a lead frame 31 that is embedded in the housing 21. The lead frame 31 has: a top part lead frame 31a that is exposed inside the cavity 23 to be electrically connected to the pressure sensor 15; a connection part 31d that extends toward a thickness direction of the housing 21; and an exposed part 31e that is exposed from a bottom surface 21b of the housing 21, and the exposed part 31e is configured to be flush with the bottom surface 21b of the housing 21.
