PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional training mat, in which time is required to recognize a large number of numbers, characters, pictures, symbols, and patters provided thereon, and an efficiency of training is thereby disturbed.SOLUTION: The Fisicalmat is characterized in that: an artificial turf, which gives less loads to knees, legs, and a body, is used; the shape of the mat itself is rectangular; a square frame is provided at the center of the mat; and a pattern having an easily recognizable shape is presented on the central surface of the square and three patterns each having an easily recognizable shape are presented on each of the surfaces around left and right sides of the square, respectively. |
