PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the aftertaste of a beverage including a high sweetness sweetener and digestive dextrin.SOLUTION: The beverage concerning to this invention includes: indigestible dextrin; citrus flavor; and a high sweetness sweetener. In this beverage, it is preferable that the weight ratio of the content of the citrus flavor to the content of the indigestible dextrin is 0.022 or higher, and the weight ratio of the content of the indigestible dextrin to the amount obtained by converting the content of the high sweetness sweetener is 0.14 or higher. Further, as the beverage, a carbonated beverage is preferable. The method for improving the aftertaste of beverage is performed by blending citrus flavor into a beverage including indigestible dextrin and a high sweetness sweetener. |
