PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system, a server, a receiver, and a printing method in a printing system capable of promoting a user of the receiver to print the contents transmitted from a user of a transmitter.SOLUTION: A transmitter 14 transmits an electronic mail having contents attached thereto to a mail address of a printer 18. A server 13 having a mail server function acquires a thumbnail image and print setting information of the contents acquired from the received electronic mail, and transmits them to a terminal 17. After confirming the contents of the contents and the print setting by the terminal 17, a receiver transmits a print request notification from the terminal 17 to the server 13. The server 13 transmits print data converted from the contents to the printer 18 to cause the printer 18 to print the contents. After the transmission of the print data, the server 13 executes processing of transferring the point corresponding to the printing of the contents from a user of the transmitter 14 to the user of a receiver 15. |
