PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper device for preventing a clamp member from being removed from a ball joint.SOLUTION: A pair of claws 26, 28 of a clamp member 24 fitted to a ball joint 14 are arranged to be inclined by an angle of &thetas; with respect to a direction crossing at a right angle with an axial direction of a fixing rod 21 as seen from an axial direction of a supporting body 13 for the ball joint 14. As a result, even if a damper stay 12 is axially rotated, expansion of the claws 26, 28 is restricted and at the same time, even if a force is applied to cause a socket 16 to be spaced apart from the ball joint 14, the clamp member 24 is prevented from being dropped from the ball joint 14. |
