The present invention relates to a device and a method to inject solid power to a base material arranged inside a vacuum coating chamber to coat a base material with the solid powder and, more specifically, relates to a solid powder coating device and method which controls an injection speed of transporting gas even if the conditions of the injection speed of the transporting gas are not controlled. The solid powder coating device comprises: a gas supply pipe (10) which is a flow path of gas supplied from a gas supply device (15), allowing an injection nozzle (30) to be coupled to an end thereof; a gas suction pipe (20) of which one side is open to the atmospheric pressure and connected to the gas supply pipe (10); a solid powder supply part which supplies solid powder (4) to the gas suction pipe (20); a coating chamber (40) which receives the injection nozzle (30) therein; a flow control device (50) which controls an internal pressure of the gas supply pipe (10); and a pressure control device (60) which controls the internal pressure of the coating chamber (40). |
