PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber modified styrene resin for refrigeration container capable of reducing crack of a sheet or a container especially under refrigeration environment of -30°C or less and preferably being used as various refrigeration containers as excellent in low temperature elongation, low temperature shock resistance and rigidity.SOLUTION: There is provided a rubber modified styrene resin for refrigeration container having a volume median particle diameter of a rubbery dispersion particle of 4.0 to 10 μm, a gel content of 22.0 to 35.0 mass% and a methanol soluble content of 1.5 to 4.0%.
