PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display a drawing image hand-written by a user on a terminal at low cost without missing it even if a plurality of operation inputs are received within a short time.SOLUTION: A distribution management device includes: a reception section for receiving operation information including coordinate information indicating a position of an operation input received by a terminal from the terminal over a network; a browser management section by which, in the case where a time difference between a reception time of Nth (N is an integer equal to or greater than 2) received operation information and a reception time of (N-1)th received operation information is smaller than a threshold, the reception time of the Nth received operation information is added to the threshold after waiting for a time that is obtained by subtracting the time difference from the threshold, thereby correcting the reception time of the Nth received operation information; a browser which receives a plurality of operation information items from the browser management section and connects the positions of the operation inputs indicated by coordinate information items in the plurality of operation information items, thereby creating drawing information; an encoder for encoding the drawing information; and a transmission section for transmitting the encoded drawing information to the terminal. |
