摘要 This oriented electromagnetic steel sheet comprises: a steel sheet base material; a primary coating film formed on the surface of the steel sheet base material; and a tension insulation coating film formed on the surface of the primary coating film. Magnetic domain control is carried out by radiating a laser from above the tension insulation coating film. A sample, a length of which is 300mm in a direction parallel to the rolling direction of the oriented electromagnetic steel sheet and a length of which is 60mm in a direction parallel to the sheet width direction, is collected from the oriented electromagnetic steel sheet and at least one surface of the sample is subjected to acid cleaning, and as a result, removed is a range from the surface of the tension insulation coating film until a depth position that is 5μm deeper on the steel sheet base material side than at the interface between the steel sheet base material and the primary coating film, and thereafter, when the warp amount of the sample is measured, the warp amount satisfies a prescribed condition.
