The present invention provides a device for repairing a cooling pipe of a blast furnace, which comprises: a repair pipe provided to be inserted into a cooling pipe for cooling a blast furnace and formed with a flow path in which coolant flows; a protective member for protecting the repair pipe by being inserted into a gap between the cooling pipe and the repair pipe; and an indentation repairing member filled in the inner space of the cooling pipe installed with the repair pipe and the protective member.
