<p>A panorama monitoring device for trailer of combination vehicle is provided, in which camera lenses are respectively provided on front, rear, left and right sides of a trailer, and are coupled to a processing unit. A left direction light, a right direction light and a tail light are also coupled to the processing unit. The front lens takes picture of a coupler in front of the trailer and the images are transmitted to a display for a driver to see the status of the coupler. When the driver makes turning, braking or reversing to ignite the left light, the right light or the tail light, the processing unit drives the left, the right or the rear camera lenses to shoot and the images are transmitted to a display unit for the driver to see if there is any sight dead angle.
