<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for extrusion lamination including a crystalline norbornene-based ring-opened polymer hydride excellent in moldability and heat sealability, and a laminate obtained by performing extrusion lamination of the resin composition. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition for extrusion lamination includes the crystalline norbornene-based ring-opened polymer hydride which is obtained by hydrogenating 80% or more of a carbon-carbon double bond in a ring-opened polymer obtained by performing ring-opening polymerization of a norbornene-based monomer comprising 90-100 wt.% of 2-norbornene and 0-10 wt.% of 2-norbornene having a substituent including no aliphatic carbon-carbon double bond and which has a melting point of 110-145°C, a branching index of 0.3-0.98, and a weight-average molecular weight of 20,000-60,000 measured by gel permeation chromatography.
