The present invention relates to a composition with moisture and gas blocking properties, comprising a polymer and exfoliated graphite; to a film coated with the composition; and to applications of the film in a packaging field. The composition comprising a polymer and exfoliated graphite and the film coated with the composition according to the present invention have moisture and gas blocking properties, thereby being able to be used in packaging of foods, medicines, medical devices, electrical and electronic devices, and etc. in which inflow of gas and moisture should be blocked.
