A system for processing a message according to the present invention includes: a card company server which processes payment by using card information of a credit card user, when a payment request including the card information of the credit card user is received from a member store card terminal, and creates a card use message including a result of the card payment; and a message processing device which creates a card use message by inserting a reply link on illegal card use in the card use message received from the card company server, and processes transmission of the created card use message to the card user′s wireless terminal. When the reply on illegal card use is received from the card user′s wireless terminal, the message processing device confirms card company information relevant to the card use based on the received reply on illegal card use, transfers report information of the card user to the relevant card company server. After receiving information of the member store where the illegal card use happens from the card company server, the message processing apparatus transmits a message including illegal card use information or provides an ARS service for notifying the illegal card use to at least one phone number among a landline phone number of the member store, a member store owner′s mobile phone number, and a member store worker′s mobile phone number. |
