The present invention relates to a cylinder device and hybrid type blow-molding device using the same capable of being smoothly operated by preventing eccentric wearing of a cylinder or damage to the cylinder using a simple configuration and being smoothly operated by preventing an overload to a specific component of the device. The present invention provides a cylinder device comprising: a housing (31) including a first fluid entrance (34) and a second fluid entrance (35) of which one end is opened and through which a working fluid is received and discharged, and having a slide shaft (36) protruding while an external circumference is reduced in the opened end; a piston (32) composed of a piston head (37) slid while closely adhering to an inner wall surface of the housing (31) and a piston rod (38) extended from the piston head (37) wherein the circumference is reduced; a sealing member (39) joined to the housing (31) or the piston (32) to maintain the airtight state thereof; and a slide supporting ring (30) joined to the outer circumference of the slide shaft (36) to support the operation of the housing (31), and a hybrid type blow-molding device using the same.
