<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology that is capable of reducing the occurrence of defects on a coil when annealing the coil, ensures productivity and is free of cost-related problems. <P>SOLUTION: A coil annealing device 1 is equipped with a coil-supporting stage 7 that has a stage 15 on which a tip of the coil 9 laid sideways is placed and a stem that supports the stage 15.
