The present invention relates to a ripening tank of manure compost producing facilities, which includes: a ripening tank which receives raw materials consisting of manure from a vehicle, transfers the received raw materials to a dividing unit divided into multiple units, and ripens the raw materials; a fermentation stage which agitates and ferments the ripened raw materials; a post-ripening tank which finally ripens the raw materials having been fermented in the fermentation stage; and a packaging tank which packages compost, obtained after the completion of ripening of the fermented raw materials, at batches. The ripening tank, the fermentation stage, the post-ripening tank, and the packing tank are separately arranged in an indoor space. The ripening tank comprises: an insertion means which is opened and closed by a door installed on an end portion of the manure compost facilities, and includes a wall, which is extended vertically with respect to the ground on which the door is installed, to allow the raw materials to be inserted in a free fall method by the vehicle, which transports the raw materials; an air supply means which supplies air, needed to ripen the raw materials, through each bottom surface divided by the dividing unit; and a malodor processing means which sucks and processes malodor in the ripening tank. As the raw materials are inserted into the ripening tank in the free fall method from the outside of the door, the vehicle can be in a clean condition without the raw materials on wheels or the same, and does not need to move around the manure compost producing facilities when compared to an existing method that a vehicle moves into a ripening tank and inserts the raw material. Therefore, factors which contaminate the environment around the manure compost producing facilities are eliminated, and consequently the surrounding environment can become pleasant. |
