The present invention relates to a braking control device for a vehicle which maintains a braking condition even if a user does not continuously step on a brake pedal. The braking control device for a vehicle according to the present invention comprises: a fixing means (10) connected to a brake pedal (1) disposed in a driver seat of a vehicle to limit a movement of the brake pedal (1); a speed detection means (20) to detect a speed of the vehicle; and a control unit (50) to detect a signal from the speed detection means (20) and control an operation of the fixing means (10). When the vehicle is stopped, the fixing means (10) is used to fix the brake pedal (1) to prevent the brake pedal (1) from moving to maintain a state in which the vehicle is stopped. Therefore, a structure is very simple. And unlike a conventional automatic braking device which operates a braking device of a vehicle when the vehicle is stopped, the brake pedal (1) is simply fixed and prevented from moving to prevent an accident caused by an unintentional operation of the braking device. |
