<p>A cutting tool holding device includes a base (100), a cutting tool holder (200) and a fastening member (300). The base (100) includes an abutting portion (110) and a transverse dovetail groove (120), wherein the abutting portion (110) is defined between a first wall (101) with a mounting surface (103) and a second wall (102), and the transverse dovetail groove (120) is formed on the mounting surface (103). The cutting tool holder (200) has a transverse dovetail portion (210), wherein the cutting tool holder (200) is abutted against the abutting portion (110), and the transverse dovetail portion (210) is detachably engaged into the transverse dovetail groove (120) on the mounting surface of the second wall.
