<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evacuation route provision system capable of searching for an evacuation route in consideration of conditions of a disaster location and a disaster victim even when a communication failure occurs between a server and a portable terminal device.SOLUTION: In a server 10, on the basis of GPS information Gda and the like transmitted from respective portable terminal devices 20, geographical statistical information Sda is acquired or disaster simulation is executed. Information acquired by the server 10 is transmitted to the portable terminal devices 20 as significant information Mda at a normal time, and the significant information Mda is stored in significant information storage means 250 in the portable terminal devices 20. The portable terminal devices 20 comprise disaster information input means for inputting a condition of a user oneself or peripheral condition of the user at the time of disaster occurrence.
