One example portable communication device includes a memory configured to store at least one document, the at least one document including a plurality of fields, the plurality of fields including a parameter field, an input device configured to receive at least one input from a user, a communication device configured to receive a measurement provided from a sensor disposed at the job site, and a processor coupled to the memory and the communication device. The processor is configured to automatically populate the parameter field with the measurement received from the sensor disposed at the job site, and is configured to receive the at least one input and to populate another one of the plurality of fields based on the at least one input. |
