The present invention relates to a smart safety diagnosis reporting device and a method thereof. The smart safety diagnosis reporting device includes: a company information storing unit which stores the information on the companies having safety management contracts signed; a report writing unit which writes a safety diagnosis report based on the safety diagnosis information input from a terminal of a safety diagnosis technician in the field and the information on the companies or an accident report based on the accident information input from the terminal of the safety diagnosis technician in the field when an accident occurs; a report transmitting unit which transmits the written safety diagnosis report or the accident report to the companies and management institutions; an accident information transmitting unit which transmits the accident information to the management institutions when the accident information is received from the terminal of the safety diagnosis technician or a company manager; and a medical service providing request unit which receives the accident information from the terminal of the safety diagnosis technician or the company manager in order to transmit the accident information to a medical institution server when a personnel accident is predicted. |
