The invnetion relates to a double clutch transmission especially for commerical vehicle, preferably a double clutch transmission for complete load switching. The double clutch transmission comprises a double-clutch A, B, a basic clutch GG and range stage RG preferablely applied as planetary transmission. The double clutch transmission 100 is characterized in that all switching elments C, EF, GH, RL, KJ, OU for shifting and/or gear-stage switching of the basic transmision GG and range state RG are disposed coaxially with central axis Z capable of connecting with double clutch A,B and range stage RG.
