<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid ejection head, along with a method of manufacturing the same, which has resistance against liquid such as ink using a water-soluble organic solvent containing an amide-based water-soluble organic solvent, without causing such a problem as the decrease of bond strength in bonding a nozzle plate to a channel plate, and to provide an image forming apparatus with the liquid ejection head. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid ejection head is provided by bonding the nozzle plate forming an ejection outlet for ejecting a liquid droplet to the channel plate forming a liquid chamber communicating with the ejection outlet, wherein the nozzle plate is bonded to the channel plate by a fluorine-based epoxy adhesive, and a contact angle between a cured material of the fluorine-based epoxy adhesive and the ink containing 20 to 60 wt.% of the amide-based water-soluble organic solvent, water, colorant and surfactant is≥60°. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
