A social thermostat system service (STSS) according to the present invention comprises: a space where wireless internet is available; a thermostat for controlling the indoor temperature of the space; a cooling/heating air conditioning system controlled by the thermostat; a STSS server for operating the cooling/heating air conditioning system; a smartphone; and a STSS application. The STSS is also composed of a near field communications tool installed inside the space. |
