The present invention provides a bicycle carrier for a vehicle. The bicycle carrier is installed in a bumper back beam in the rear of a vehicle, which is not usually exposed to the outside and is automatically drawn out from the bumper back beam when loading a bicycle for a bicycle to be loaded, thereby maintaining appearance design and improving ease. Moreover, in case the bicycle carrier is drawn out, after first of all, the carrier is advanced, a portion loading a bicycle is extended to both sides, thereby improving marketability. The bicycle carrier for a vehicle can comprise: guide rails symmetrically disposed on both sides of a rear bumper beam and extending in a front-rear direction of the vehicle; a sliding rail including a panel unit and side units extending from the panel, and sliding forward and backward on the guide rails; an expanding link disposed between the side units of the sliding rail and including a plurality of links; support arms disposed on the expanding link to move laterally with the expanding link, supported by an upper side of the sliding rail, and fixing a loaded bicycle; and an actuating unit fixedly installed on the sliding rail, including a link assembly connected to the sliding rail and the expanding link, and providing power through the link assembly during operation to move and expand the sliding rail and the expanding link.
