<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for storing a plurality of tables of light projection timing in advance and suppress the shutdown of a device due to waiting of generating the tables of the light projection timing. <P>SOLUTION: An optical scanner comprises: an optical scan section 2 which is formed so as to swing around two axes and is capable of two-dimensionally scanning a laser beam from a light source part 5; a drive section 3 which sets at least one of frequencies of respective driving signals for swinging in accordance with corresponding resonance frequencies around the axes to output the respective driving signals; a storage section 6 which has two areas capable of storing tables of light projection timing; a light source control section 7 which commands the light projection timing at the table in the one area; a deviation amount detection section 8 which detects at least one of deviation amounts of the frequencies of the driving signals for the respective resonance frequencies; a timing table generation section 9 which, when the deviation amount is larger than a first threshold, starts generating the table and allows the other area to store the table; a changeover section 10 which, when the deviation amount is larger than a second threshold, changeovers a table reading destination; and a frequency change section 4 which, when the deviation amount is larger than the second threshold, changes respective drive frequencies. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
