a display unit to display a video screen on a display surface; an information detection unit to detect position information on the display surface of a plurality of detection points arranged on a tool having a shape of a stationery tool, the detection points being in contact with the display surface when being detected, and the tool having identification information added to the plurality of detection points, respectively, and the identification information being different among the plurality of detection points; and an angle determination unit to determine a rotation angle of the tool on the display surface based on the position information of the plurality of detection points.
