FIELD: agriculture.SUBSTANCE: grain drying device comprises a casing which surface is covered with a layer of heat insulating material, a conveying working body mounted in the casing, a loading hopper, an unloading window, the heating elements arranged between the loading hopper and the unloading window, as well as the fan and the air duct. The casing is made with rectangular cross section. The conveying working body is designed as an endless chain with scrapers. The scrapers are made in the form of rectangular plates which are arranged at an equal distance from each other and parallel to each other. Between the scrapers the shafts are mounted with the ability of rotation and perpendicular to the direction of movement of the conveying working body, on the outer surface of which the blades are fixed along the entire length of the shaft at equal intervals. Inside the casing the plate is mounted horizontally, at the lower side of which the heating elements are mounted. The upper branch of the chain with scrapers rests on the plate. The lower edge of the blades is in contact with the surface of the plate. The air duct is mounted over the plate between the loading hopper and the unloading window at an equal distance from them.EFFECT: simplified design and improvement of quality of the finished product.1 dwg |
