<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document distribution system that secures security even when a browsing terminal is carried away outside a security network and is convenient, and further to provide a document distribution method. <P>SOLUTION: A document distribution system of one embodiment has a document distribution server comprising: a data management section that converts data received from a user into a predetermined browsing format, classifies the data for each user, stores the data and manages data information thereof; a meeting generation section that generates meeting information associating the user capable of browsing the data constituting a meeting with the data information and sets a browse period to the meeting information; an authentication section for authenticating the user logging in from a browsing terminal; and a data distribution section that causes a meeting list associated with the user by using the meeting information and a list of the data constituting the meeting to be displayed on a screen of the browsing terminal in response to a request from the user and downloads a part of the data constituting the meeting or all thereof to the browsing terminal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
