Claimed device comprises table (1), plate (2) with supports (3) shaped to segments with grooves (4). Said clamps are composed of angle pieces (5) and clips (6). Supports (3) are provided with V-like grooves (7) with their axes aligned with lengthwise axes of welded ribs (8). Angle pieces (5) are located in grooves (4) of supports (3).
