<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide underwater anti-washout high-fluidity concrete which increases in retention of slump flow and can adjust an initial slump flow. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided an underwater anti-washout high-fluidity cement composition comprising a cellulose ether, a polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent, a melamine-based water reducing agent, cement and water, wherein the polycarboxylic acid-based water reducing agent is a copolymer of a (meth)acrylate and a polyalkylene glycol (meth)acrylic ester. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
