SUBSTANCE: rotary machine has hollow cylindrical housing with end plates inside which two blades are mounted; these blades divide interior of housing into four closed cavities; rotary machine is also provided with synchronization mechanism made in form of shaft with monolithic cross-member. One blade has profiled disk with four profiled linings and other blade has two similar disks with two profiled inserts. Profiled disk of one blade is monolithically connected with shaft in its center. Each similar disk of other blade is provided with hollow shaft made monolithically with it on side on end surface along axis of rotation. Blades are interconnected through cranks which are rigidly fitted at ends of monolithic and hollow shafts on either side of blades and are articulated with circular projection in drums by means of connecting rods; drums are provided with shafts made monolithically with them on external end surface; these shafts are mounted in bearing in movable cylindrical bushes for motion and locking relative to hollow cylinder covers rigidly secured with hollow cylindrical housing in plane perpendicular to plane of axis of rotation in coordinate grid by plus-minus eccentricity between 0 and emax determined by definite formula.
