<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-contact type data transmitter/receiver which can be adhered to a metallic article in a state that an antenna is stably isolated from the metallic article. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact type data transmitter/receiver 10 includes an inlet 14 having a first base material 11 and an IC chip 12 and an antenna 13 arranged on one face 11a of the first base material 11, and electrically connected to each other.
