<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screening method having excellent selectivity in which mycotoxin (fungal toxin) minutely present in a test sample can be measured quickly and simply in high sensitivity without using a high end analysis apparatus, in a chemical analysis method for performing quantitative analysis of the mycotoxin in food or environmental samples. <P>SOLUTION: A test solution is passed through a small capacity column which is filled with an adsorbent that exhibits selective affinity to the mycotoxin. The mycotoxin is adsorbed, condensed, and immobilized on the surface of the adsorbent, and unnecessary foreign substances are washed away. Then excitation light having a wavelength corresponding to the mycotoxin is radiated to the adsorbent in a state where the mycotoxin is adsorbed and immobilized on the surface of the adsorbent. Thus the mycotoxin present in the food or environmental samples is simply quantitatively analyzed by detecting fluorescent light emitted by the mycotoxin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
